**Functions**:- Lead and manage a recruiting team to develop strategic plans that deliver on workforce needs, placing top talent and promoting the brand as an employer of choice.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to drive strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives, identifying critical talent needs and developing pipeline programs.
- Enhance and leverage brand recognition by advertising through multiple channels, ensuring a strong social/professional media presence.
- Drive operational and process efficiency as well as continuous improvement through workflow automation and accountability model; develop and report on key metrics.Direct recruitment for highly specialized and high-profile roles- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with recruitment vendors (RPOs, headhunters, talent acquisition specialists) to access a wider and diverse pool of talent.
