Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational backbone of CVG Global Seating’s recruiting process. This role owns the logistics that keep hiring moving — scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing interview feedback, posting open requisitions, and driving pre‑employment steps to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates once they enter the interview process, the Coordinator ensures a smooth, professional, and timely experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams alike. This role partners closely with the TA Sourcers, who hand off qualified candidates, and with the Manager of Talent Acquisition throughout the hire decision and offer process.
