Job Description

                    Recruiting Coordinator – Brightcove  Responsibilities  Coordinate scheduling of post‑interview debrief meetings. 
Provide debrief materials. 
Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed. 
 Qualifications / Experience  Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system. 
1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience. 
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). 
Strong customer service orientation. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision. 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
Flexible, able to change direction quickly. 
Comfortable with ambiguity. 
Able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
