Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The People Team is at the forefront of empowering talent and enabling business growth at Garena. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Mexico, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support our business.

This role goes beyond traditional recruiting — we are looking for someone who combines strong sourcing capabilities with sharp talent judgment, and who can build meaningful connections with universities to develop a sustainable early talent pipeline.

You will work closely with the People Lead and hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes, while also owning campus recruiting initiatives and scaling our program hirings in Mexico.
