Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Legal, Compliance & People team. In this role, you'll lead efficient, candidate-focused recruitment processes across multiple regions, helping us attract and retain top talent while strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring

• Design and implement recruitment strategies for the U.S and LATAM markets aligned with company values and growth plans

• Actively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Maintain a strong pipeline for key and recurring roles
• Write and post compelling job ads across platforms
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback

• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs to improve efficiency
