Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team. This remote UK‑based role (with optional hybrid flexibility) provides essential operational support across the full recruitment lifecycle. As a key partner to the Regional TA Lead and recruiting team, you will help ensure a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience across regions and job families. You will play a pivotal role in powering the administrative, scheduling, systems, and reporting activities that underpin the success of our global TA function—allowing recruiters to focus on strategic hiring, stakeholder partnership, and complex search execution.
