• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Singapore and regional entities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
• Develop and post job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes across countries and time zones
• Manage offer process including salary proposals and employment documentation
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes
