✨ What You’ll Do:
- End-to-end recruitment for RCM roles
- Strong sourcing through Naukri.Com, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience
- Maintaining daily hiring trackers and supporting onboarding
✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Graduation mandatory
- Hands-on experience in recruitment
- Excellent sourcing & screening abilities
- Strong communication skills
