Role Details:
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: NSTP, NUST – Islamabad (Onsite)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday/month
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 + performance-based bonuses

Source and hire top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screenings and interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers for workforce planning and role alignment
Manage offer letters, onboarding, and overall candidate experience
Support employer branding and recruitment strategies
