In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel AnyMind Group’s rapid expansion. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while actively contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence within the HR department.
What You'll Do
Identify future hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.

Collaborate closely with department managers to compile consistent and accurate requirements for open positions.
