Adecco’s client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the business. This role is ideal for a hands‑on recruiter who can partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
