Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate resumes based on the required skills, experience, and job specifications.
Apply deep sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust internal talent pipeline.
Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to proactively develop diverse candidate slates.
Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies across different markets, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and other regions.
