Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Scope

• This is for internal hiring @ TALLY
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Work closely with hiring managers to fill vacancies within agreed timelines
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive hiring experience
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee journey
• Support training coordination, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Monitor employee leave utilisation and maintain accurate HR records
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required

Requirement

• Degree and above,
  with good English and Mandarin communication skill
• Able to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
• Good time management and proactive, with good attitude and eager to learn and commit

Salary / Benefits

• Up to RM4,000 (Max)
• KPI Allowance
