JOB DESCRIPTION: TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

WORKING LOCATION: CTRM Aero Composites Sdn. Bhd., Batu Berendam, Melaka

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

3. Experience in manufacturing and aero-composites / aerospace industry is an advantage.

4. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment by overseeing the hiring process from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviews, selection, and offer negotiations.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and team dynamics to ensure the right talent fit.
