Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals, and issuing offers
• Coordinate and publish job advertisements across multiple job portals
• Create, maintain, and manage accurate employee files and HR records
• Process and manage employee Work Pass applications in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation programmes to foster engagement and alignment with organisational objectives
• Ensure new hire information is accurately updated and maintained in Workday and e-HR systems
