Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for head office and warehouse positions. This includes job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and facilitate decision-making.
Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
Ensure effective recruitment advertisements and post on various channels, including job boards, social media, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Administer and ensure hiring lead time/service Level Agreement (SLA) as per the company’s requirements and standards.
Prepare and maintain recruitment progress reports, including budget utilization, hiring lead times, and the number of hires for actionable improvements.
