Talent acquisition executive

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Thane
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST (5 Days a Week)
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/non-IT roles as per business requirements
Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding support
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with job portals and Linked In sourcing
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
