Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
CV screening and shortlisting against role requirements
Candidate coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
Support bulk hiring and client recruitment projects
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Assist senior consultants in talent acquisition assignments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Immediate availability preferred
