Talent Acquisition Intern - Monee, People Team (Summer 2026)

Monee is currently hiring interns with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition. Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment.

Job Description:

• Participate in the recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting of ideal individuals for Monee
• Manage recruitment projects, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, mapping
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reports
• Other adhoc tasks within the recruitment function as assigned
• Passionate about people, services and culture
