Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment.
Job Description
Participate in the recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting of ideal individuals for Monee
Manage recruitment projects, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, mapping
Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reports
Other adhoc tasks within the recruitment function as assigned
