YOUR IMPACT

You will be based in our Santiago office as part of the Talent Attraction team in Spanish Latin America. During your internship, you will gain exposure to McKinsey's recruiting practices, tools and knowledge, working closely with experienced recruiting professionals and a broad group of stakeholders across the region.

You will support our Campus talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with team members and senior leadership to help execute our recruiting strategy.
