Talent Acquisition Intern

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Talent Acquisition efforts and campus initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to sourcing top talent, coordinating recruiting activities, and enhancing the candidate and intern experience, while also helping to build strong relationships with universities and hiring teams. You will play a key part in market research, process optimization, and program development, working in a dynamic, international environment that values collaboration, creativity, and a people‑first approach.

• Assist in sourcing through LinkedIn and engaging with alumni
• Audit requisitions prior to marking hired
• Support TA with ad‑hoc scheduling needs outside of Paradox
• Engage with current interns (special events, lunches, etc.)
• Conduct market research on hiring trends
• Engage with universities and colleges to build relationships
