Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Intern (20 weeks)
Location: work from home
Responsibilities:
Assist in job posting on various job portals (major job boards and school job portals).
Support in organizing and executing recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment events, etc.
Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Aid in the reporting of training grant applications and relevant documentation processes.
Assist in designing and procuring materials used in campus recruitment, including door gifts, brochures, etc.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Students who are in Polytechnics or universities, able to commit for at least 20 weeks of full-time internship.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (as some projects may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China).
