About the Role
This position will be a 6 month contract with the potential to be converted to a full-time position. This role will be an integral part of the Americas region and will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners to understand organizational and team structures. Through the proactive creation of talent pools of skilled professionals to support various divisions across TMF's business, the role will support the efficient and cost-effective delivery of recruitment operations, providing a high-quality recruitment experience for managers and candidates whilst specific vacancies are filled.
