Talent Acquisition Lead

A well-established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment across a predominantly blue-collar and operational workforce.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable recruitment processes, and has strong experience running assessment centres.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:

Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns

Design and facilitate assessment centres

Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites

Manage workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining

Drive recruitment process improvements and efficiencies

Lead and develop one direct report

Report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance
