We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Lead,
who can drive hiring success and mentor a team of sourcing recruiters for our NEW client on a
4 month contract basis.

Your Mission

As a Talent Lead, you are the architect of the client relationship. Your mission is to provide a specialist recruitment solution that doesn't just meet KPIs, but proactively shapes the client's talent strategy.

• Executive Partnership:
  Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted escalation point, building long-term relationships that gain credibility and inspire trust.
• Strategic Foresight:
  Proactively engage with clients to understand their business drivers, ensuring resourcing strategies are aligned and future-proofed.
• Operational Excellence:
