Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing regional strategies to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent. Your primary focus will be on hiring in France, followed by broader EMEA locations.

You will oversee recruitment activities from inception to completion, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless process. Your efforts will provide a great candidate experience, enhancing Newell Brands’ reputation as an employer of choice. You will be part of a team of four spread across Europe.
