Job Duties:
Responsible for the implementation and execution of the APAC strategic staffing plan,select and hire diverse top talents to join a high-performing workforce in achieving business goals.
Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and candidate experience – from building the talent pipeline and pool through robust talent attraction as well as analytics reporting and relationship management.
Translate the overall people strategy and staffing blueprint into execution and tactics, ensuring alignment of staffing needs with business objectives while managing, influencing, and driving the recruitment process.
Review key hiring trends and indicators from the external environment to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics that support the strategic staffing plan.
Sourcing: Manage external talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
