Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to scale our global hiring engine. This is a hands‑on leadership role, directly executing mid‑to‑senior hiring worldwide while building strategy, systems, and long‑term talent pipelines. You will report directly to the Head of People & Culture and will initially lead one recruiter, expanding the team over time.

This role blends execution excellence, strategic workforce planning, employer brand building, and TA systems thinking.
