What You'll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end hiring journey from job posting to offer stage
• Hunt for talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews and act as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Contribute ideas to improve employer branding and hiring processes
