We are looking for a strategic TA leader to act as a talent advisor, focusing on:
-Leading and developing frontline recruiting teams
-Managing and improving key KPIs: time to fill, retention, costs, and hiring manager satisfaction
-Implementing and optimizing recruitment processes at scale
-Working cross-functionally with HR and operations leaders
-Driving continuous improvement, use of data, and recruiting technology

Leadership of Team Leaders and Recruiters
Strong focus on data and results
