Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, an established and growing property management company, has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!  Reporting to the Director of HR, this position is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s end-to-end recruitment strategy. This is a hands-on position where you will not only develop hiring strategies but also actively source, screen, and hire candidates. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring the company attracts, hires and retains high-quality talent aligned with business goals. This is an in-office position working as part of a collaborative team!
