As an Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for local and overseas roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Drive talent acquisition strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Mentor junior TA team members and support process improvements across the recruitment function
• Manage recruitment channels, bulk hiring, temporary staffing, and campus outreach initiatives
• Execute employer branding initiatives, represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and educational institutions
• Facilitate pre-onboarding, compliance checks, and registrations with regulatory bodies (SNB, AHPC)
