Talent Acquisition Manager - Intellia Advisors

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving Intellias people function. This role spans talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning & development, with a strong focus on supporting the firms rapid growth and consulting-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
Project activities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with legal requirements and best practices
  
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, recommending policy updates as required
  
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture through employee engagement initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
