Role Overview

The
Talent Acquisition Manager

will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving Intellia's people function. This role spans talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning & development, with a strong focus on supporting the firm's rapid growth and consulting-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Project activities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with legal requirements and best practices
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, recommending policy updates as required
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture through employee engagement initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
