They are responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition initiatives to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, Talent Acquisition Managers play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers, to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals. They also manage the recruitment team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment activities.
