I. Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for coordinating the recruitment of e-commerce-related positions in Malaysia, Southeast Asia and Japan, covering core categories including operations, sales, customer operations, and design, formulating targeted recruitment strategies and driving their implementation.
• Lead the end-to-end full recruitment process, including but not limited to clarification of recruitment demand profiles, multi-channel resume sourcing and precise screening, coordination and arrangement of interview processes, offer negotiation and issuance, as well as follow-up and handover work after candidates successfully onboard the company.
• Take charge of employer brand communication in the target regions, build and maintain a high-quality employer image, expand and optimize recruitment channels, and enhance the company's attractiveness and competitiveness in the target recruitment markets.
