Lead and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and workforce planning needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations across volume and non-volume roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, driving performance through clear targets, KPIs, and continuous feedback.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as fill rate, aging, time-to-hire, and training attrition, and implement improvement plans.
Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and rolling targets to ensure hiring classes are closed on time and within SLA.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with operational goals.
