Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Lead the recruitment team and develop strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. Ensure that recruitment targets are met and create an action plan for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leads, develops, and implements end-to-end sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill the current and future vacancies by creating and executing effective recruitment plans to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives.
2. Manages the recruitment of all level positions and other niche roles.
3. Promotes the company's brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates. Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
4. Oversees sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media, job boards, recruitment agencies, and networking to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
