Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Data Center (DC) operations. This role will drive hiring strategy, build strong technical pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for DC roles (e.g., facilities, electrical, mechanical, IT infrastructure, operations, project management).
Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet workforce planning and growth targets.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market landscape.
Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives and optimize LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
Manage external agencies and ensure recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) are met.
