Talent Acquisition Manager

The Role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead our external talent acquisition function.

This role is not about hiring internal RLS employees. Instead, you will manage, guide, and hold accountable our external recruiting team responsible for sourcing and placing offshore legal talent for U.S. law firm clients.

You are accountable for talent quality, speed, and consistency. That means setting standards, improving systems, coaching recruiters, spotting issues early, and ensuring every candidate presented meets the RLS bar.
