Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Officer located in Bacolod City. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role also includes collaborating with different departments to understand hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
