We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and people‑focused Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the success of our domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Clinical Recruitment, your primary focus will be candidate coordination and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey from first contact through successful relocation and settlement. You will support candidates through interview scheduling, documentation follow‑up, guidance on licensure and immigration pathways, relocation planning, settlement preparation, and transition to employment in Canada.
