Talent Acquisition Partner (1 Year Contract)

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform full cycle of recruitment process for contract staffing and permanent placements. Assess hiring requirements and accurately match the job within the given timeline. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions for the better outcome. Participate in career fairs and maintain good rapport with the partners. Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive. Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
Preferably have a diploma or degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Skills
