Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 month contract

**About the role:**  



Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you’ll work closely with the TA team and business to deliver strategic, end-to-end recruitment across Mars Australia. You’ll play a critical role in building hiring manager capability, strengthening talent communities.



From Mars Snacking to Mars Petcare, Royal Canin, Mars Food, our TA team partners across the entire Mars ANZ business to attract and hire exceptional talent who will power our next chapter of growth.



You’ll be a trusted advisor and partner to leaders across Supply & Demand ( _think_ Operational Factory roles, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Affairs, and Finance).
