Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: define needs, post vacancies, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate and onboard.
- Conduct market studies and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
- Use technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and the candidate experience.
- Design and implement candidate generation strategies while building a talent pipeline.
- Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company image.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.
