We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, based at our North Ryde head office. This permanent opportunity is to support our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. Report to the Head of People Services, you will work as part of a dedicated internal team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as for prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career with Boral. 

Your day will involve:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives and sourcing strategies for current and pipelined positions across multiple business units and locations
