Due to rapid growth across Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for all assigned roles within the America's Solutions and Services Business. This position will play a critical role in building talent pipelines for specialized service delivery, solutions, and sales profiles that enable SSG’s continued expansion.The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as the primary consultant to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across SSG, guiding the end-to-end hiring strategy—from defining talent needs and sourcing strategy through candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiation.
