Talent Acquisition Partner - Canada (On-Site)

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with HR and hiring managers and owning end-to-end recruitment delivery for hourly high-volume (skilled and semi-skilled) positions within a manufacturing environment. The role operates in alignment with corporate Centre of Excellence (COE) standards, tools, and governance, while maintaining full accountability for meeting local hiring demands. This role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on execution.

Partnering closely with site and functional leadership, the Talent Acquisition Partner anticipates workforce needs and executes localized hiring strategies that reflect regional labour market conditions, including competition for skilled trades, and shift-based hiring.
