We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to support external hiring for Malaysia. You will play an important role in leading recruitment efforts for technical position, driving the entire hiring process, from interview planning to offer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by crafting effective sell strategies and enhancing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate and utilize diverse recruitment channels, including social media and employee referrals
• Support Hiring Managers during the interview process, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for HR and business stakeholders.
